I have five existing bathrooms that need a fresh, cohesive makeover rooted in a minimalist aesthetic, yet softened by Scandinavian touches—think natural materials, a calm neutral palette, and razor-clean lines. Each space differs slightly in size and plumbing location, so layouts may need subtle tweaks; however, the overall look and feel must remain consistent across all five rooms.
What I need from you
• A complete design package for every bathroom: mood board, annotated floor plan and elevations, and at least one photorealistic 3D render per room.
• A concise specification sheet listing all finishes, fittings, and lighting—including product names, sizes, and finishes—so my contractor can order without guesswork.
• Guidance on integrating natural timber or stone accents, neutral wall/floor finishes, and hidden storage that won’t break the minimalist silhouette.
• Recommendations for low-profile fixtures and frameless glass solutions that keep lines uninterrupted.
Acceptance criteria
• Visuals and documents delivered in PDF (plans) and PNG/JPG (renders) formats.
• All selections reflect natural materials, neutral colors, and clean lines as outlined above.
• Measurements match on-site dimensions I’ll provide, ready for hand-off to the builder.
