I’m ready to move from vision to paper on a two-storey modern mansion and need an architect who can translate that vision into clear, build-ready floor plans. The overall aesthetic is contemporary—clean lines, generous glazing, and open, flowing spaces that maximise natural light.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Two detailed floor plans (ground level and first floor) drafted in AutoCAD or a comparable format, delivered both as editable files and print-ready PDFs.
• Thoughtful room zoning that balances privacy with open-concept living areas, ensuring logical vertical circulation between the two levels.
• Accurate dimensions, wall thicknesses, door and window schedules, and basic furniture layouts so I can visualise scale and flow.
• A brief design rationale explaining key decisions and how they align with the modern style I specified.
