Project Description:
We are seeking an experienced and creative architectural designer/drafter to develop comprehensive 2D floor plans and stunning 3D renderings for a luxury single-family residence. The plot size is 30'2" x 80'9" with a north-facing entrance.
The design should prioritize functionality, aesthetics, and efficient use of space while incorporating a wide range of amenities. We require a meticulously detailed plan that can be used for construction and visualization.
Key Requirements:
Plot Dimensions: 30'2" (width) x 80'9" (depth)
Entrance Orientation: North-facing
Total Bedrooms: 6
Total Bathrooms: 6 (ideally en-suite for most bedrooms, with additional powder room/guest bathroom)
Pooja Room: Dedicated space for worship
Lift/Elevator: Integrated into the design for accessibility across multiple floors
Car Parking: Accommodation for 2 cars (covered or semi-covered)
Garden: Designated outdoor green space (front, back, or combination)
Home Theater: Dedicated room for entertainment
Gym: Dedicated space for fitness equipment
Swimming Pool: Integrated into the design (location flexible – e.g., backyard, rooftop, basement)
Kids' Play Room: Dedicated area for children's activities
Deliverables:
2D Floor Plans:
Detailed floor plans for all levels (ground, first, second, etc., as determined by the design)
Dimensioned plans showing room sizes, wall thickness, door and window placements.
Furniture layouts for each room to illustrate spatial planning.
Clear labeling of all spaces and functions.
Roof plan.
Site plan showing setbacks and garden areas.
3D Renderings/Walkthrough:
High-quality exterior 3D renderings from multiple angles.
Interior 3D renderings for key spaces (e.g., living area, master bedroom, kitchen, home theater, gym, kids' room, pool area).
(Optional but highly desired) A short 3D walkthrough animation to showcase the flow and design.
Basic Elevations & Sections:
Front, rear, and side elevations.
At least two cross-sections to illustrate vertical relationships.
Software Proficiency:
Candidates should be proficient in industry-standard architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar. Please specify the software you will use in your proposal.
Portfolio showcasing previous residential architectural design projects, particularly those with similar scope or luxury elements.
Outline of your proposed design approach for this specific project.
