Modern Low Poly 3D Furniture Models

I'm looking for someone to compile and possibly edit low poly, textured 3D models of modern furniture for an airport lounge. Close approximation in terms of design is ok matching color and feel.

Requirements:
13 Models needed for:
- 1 High circular bar counter for 10 people
- 1 High stool chair for bar counter
- 1 Large circular lounge sofa for passengers
- 2 Tables with some cushions
-1 single Arm chair
- 1 sofa for 2-3 ppl with identical cushions
- 2 planters vase style
-1 outdoor circular white lounge sofa with small circular white table
- 2 outdoor white vases with planrab
- 1 outdoor dinner with white cushioning

Decorative items

- Modern style/theme
- Preferred file formats: Blender or SketchUp

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Blender or SketchUp
- Experience with low poly modeling and texturing
- Strong understanding of modern furniture design
