Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm seeking an interior designer to assist with lighting and layout for my home, specifically in the sitting room, dining area, master bedroom, and two toilets.
Design Requirements:
1. Ceiling lighting for three areas:
- Sitting room: This space is primarily for relaxation, so the lighting should be soft and calming.
- Dining area: The lighting should enhance the dining experience, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Master bedroom: This design should incorporate a mix of task and ambient lighting for versatility.
The lighting should combine LED track lights, downlights, and chandeliers, all adhering to a modern, warm, and functional style.
2. Interior layout for two toilets (approximately 2x3 meters each): This includes optimal placement of fixtures, tiles, and lighting.
Deliverables:
- Lighting layout plans with suggested fixture types and specifications.
- 2D layout designs for both toilets.
- 3D visualizations (preferred but optional).
The room height is 2.9 meters, and the overall design style is modern and clean.
