I'm seeking a skilled 3D visualizer to create approximate renderings of a modern-style bungalow conversion plan. The project entails both interior and exterior perspectives, with a particular emphasis on the exterior being detailed with some landscaping elements.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in 3D rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, etc.)
- Previous experience with modern-style house plans
- Ability to incorporate and visualize landscaping
- Strong attention to detail for both interior and exterior renders
