Modern Functional Interior Redesign
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m undertaking a complete interior revamp of my apartment in North Lebanon and need a designer who can translate a clear vision into detailed, build-ready plans. The overall mood is contemporary, combining dark and nude tones with sleek lines and clever space management so every corner looks bold yet feels practical and comfortable.
Scope of spaces
– Living room
– Kitchen
– Bedroom
Key focus in the living room
The layout must stay open and spacious while refining furniture placement, layered lighting, and wall décor so the room reads as one cohesive statement.
What I expect to receive
• Scaled floor plans and furniture layouts
• Mood and material boards showing the dark / nude palette
• 3D renders or walkthroughs that capture daytime and evening lighting scenarios
• Lighting plan with fixture specifications
• Wall treatment concepts (art, texture, or paneling)
• Curated furniture and accessory lists with product links or local sourcing notes
• A simple implementation guide that my contractor can follow
Preferred tools include AutoCAD or Revit for drawings and SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar for visuals, but I’m open provided the files are editable and exportable.
Acceptance criteria
The delivered package should let my contractor quote and build without guesswork: dimensions accurate to 1 cm, all finishes labeled, and lighting circuits clearly marked. Renders must match the approved material board.
Timeline and checkpoints can be set together, yet I’d like concept boards within the first week to keep momentum.
If this aligns with your expertise, I’ll share current site photos, measurements, and any other information you need to get started.
