I need a professional to create detailed 2D and 3D floor plans for a space I'm designing. The space is a rectangle, measuring; 1.5M Width by 7.7M Length. The floor to ceiling height is 2.1M. The existing layout is attached as an image below. The design needs to include a modern-style bathroom with a shower, toilet, and wash-hand basin, a small kitchenette, and a dining area.
Key Requirements:
- Design a modern-style bathroom, a small kitchenette and a dining area within the provided floorplan
- Small kitchenette to accommodate a sink, under-counter fridge, microwave, and cupboard space
- The floor will have a laminate finish.
- Integrate bright colors or white for the bathroom and kitchenette
