Modern 2D 3D Floor Plan Enhancement
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm looking for an experienced architectural designer or draftsman to refine and enhance my existing 2D residential floor plan and develop high-quality 3D rendered views (interior and exterior). The layout is already prepared, but I need professional-level corrections, aesthetic improvements, and modern 3D visualization.
Project Scope:
• Review and refine an existing 2D floor plan (ground + first + second floor)
• Correct layout elements as per sketch references (kitchen, toilets, bedrooms, balcony, staircase, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with civil standards and efficient space utilization
• Create detailed 2D working drawings with dimensions, wall thicknesses, and furniture placements
• Generate 3D cut views and elevation renderings (interior + exterior)
• Provide source files and HD renders
Ideal skills and experience:
