Modern Exterior Paint Design for Hotel

I need a new exterior paint design for my hotel. The building is primarily EIFS (98%) with some stone cladding at the entrance as an accent.

Color Palette:
- Two modern and warm neutral colors: Off-white (warm) and grey (warm)
- One accent color: Slate

Accent Color Application:
- Highlight window frames and roofline

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven experience in exterior painting for commercial buildings
- Strong understanding of modern color palettes and design
- Attention to detail
- Ability to provide a visual mock-up or design plan
