Modern Exterior Design for Commercial Warehouse
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I'm seeking a creative designer to develop a modern color and pattern scheme for the exterior of my commercial warehouse with a front office.
The warehouse portion is a pre-engineered building (sloped roof) with metal tin cladding, not insulated panels (see file Steelway _ Ardent_Colour-Chart.pdf). The Ardent colors we can work with are the "Standard Colours - Stocked", not any colors from the other groups.
The front office portion is a conventional steel building (flat roof) with insulated metal panels (see file Insulated panels.pdf). See Category 1 and Category 2 for the colors we have available.
Key Requirements:
- Modern design style
- Incorporation of metal extruded tin panel on warehouse, and insulated metal panels on office space
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in modern architectural design
- Proficiency in color theory and application
- Experience with metal panel materials
Attached files IMG_4842.jpeg and IMG_0291.jpg are examples of decent looking buildings, although we don’t want to look the same as those.
We will need a 3D rendering, with color examples. We have provide file "Building drawings.pdf" to create a 3D file.
Please provide a portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
