Modern Dollhouse Renovation

I'm looking for a skilled artisan to renovate my dollhouse. I was hoping that the dollhouse would be picked up and delivered once the renovation is done.
Location: Melbourne

The renovation should encompass the following areas:
- Interior rooms
- Exterior facade
- Roof

The desired style for the renovation is modern, and I have a preference for bright and bold colors. I would like to renovate it according to a certain theme but would welcome the feedback from the artist.

The actual theme i would like is a polar bear nail studio...i was hoping to have the lower part painted a frosty colour and sponge application of hot pink and peach on the top. I was hoping the roof would be covered in hologram paper sheets
