I am seeking a creative and skilled 3D renderer to bring my vision of a modern country-style kitchen and dining area to life. The goal is to blend the warmth and charm of a country kitchen with modern elements, creating a relaxing and homely vibe. The design must be visually accurate to the dimensions specified in the provided Floor Plan and should include all the specific elements and details listed below.
Design Style:

- Open-plan kitchen, dining, and seating area (labeled as “Day Room” on the Floor Plan).

- Chrome hardware.
- A pantry/larder.

- Glass globe pendant lighting above the kitchen island.
- Cooker top integrated into the kitchen island.
Seating Area:
