Modern, Contemporary, Residential Interior Design for a family home
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
Looking for a fresh perspective on my residential property, focusing specifically on the living room, bedrooms, Bathrooms, kitchen, floors and its facilities and its content to suit large family living space.
Key Project Details:
- The design should lean towards a modern aesthetic, producing clean and streamlined rooms
- Interior design experience in residential properties is a must
- Knowledge on space planning, furniture selection, and color scheme coordination in line with a modern Classic theme, is crucial for this role.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in 3D modelling and CAD software
- Experience with modern/contemporary style interior design on residential projects
- Portfolio showing examples of similar design projects is a plus
- Ability to project and furnish the electricity wiring plan separately on 2D and 3D View
- Ability to project and furnish the Air-conditions distribution plan and drainage system separately for the residential area's
- Ability to project and furnish the waterpipes foundation for toilet floor and kitchen sink drainage system on a separately plan 2D and 3D
This project is a residential Flat for large family, the flat is connected to upper roof throughout an internal stairs in the corridor at the entry flat door and exterior stairs as well, only the interior stairs needs designed. (this style called penthouse flat).
this penthouse needs to be designed in a 2D and 3D project in metric and CM only, and it will be handed over to a specialized engineer to work fiscally on the project as per your instruction and correct project measure.
you may remove one of the unnecessary walls between the living room and the rooms corridor at the entry or the living room bathroom that does not interfere with the building stability to make spacious healthy living flat.
- the project needs design is flat 1 and the roof for flat 1attached in jpeg.
- NOTE- the roof for flat is 100 sqm and divided between an open space that is 50SQM and living room with bathroom another 50SQM.
- NOTE- I would like not too much furniture to be in the unit and just need what is necessary for living comfortable.

يجب تصميم هذا البنتهاوس كاملا في مشروع 2D و 3D بالمتر و السنتيميترCM فقط ، وسيتم تسليمه إلى مهندس متخصص للعمل فعليا في المشروع وفقا لتعليماتك وقياسات المشروع الصحيح.
يمكنك إزالة أحد الحوائط غير الضرورية بين غرفة المعيشة وممر الغرف عند المدخل أو ايضا حمام غرفة المعيشة الذي لا يتعارض مع استقرار المبنى و امانه لجعل المساحه الصحية الواسعة.
- ملحوظه- مقاسات الروف غير محدده و لكنها عباره عن 50 متر غرفه معيشه بحمام و 50 متر مساحه مفتوحه
ملحوظه- اود ان لا تميل الوحده الي الكثير من اشياء الموبيليا و العفش فقط اريدها بسيطه و لكن مفروشات اساسيه
- المشروع المراد إلى تصميم مسطح 1 وسقف مسطح 1 متصل ب JPEG
