Modern Commercial Lift Lobby & Wash Design

I’m refreshing a commercial property and need a creative partner to re-imagine two focal points: the hand-wash area that adjoins our public rest-rooms and the adjacent lift lobby. The look has to be unmistakably modern—clean lines, smart use of lighting, and materials that feel contemporary yet durable enough for high traffic.
Here’s what I’d like from you:
• A concept package with mood boards that capture the overall tone, palette, and finishes.
• Scaled floor plans and reflected ceiling plans that show traffic flow, fixture placement, and lighting strategy.
• 3D renders or a short walkthrough to help stakeholders visualise the final result.
• A specification sheet listing materials, fittings, and lighting products so procurement is straightforward.
All files should arrive in editable format (AutoCAD/Revit for plans and source files for visuals) plus high-resolution PDFs suitable for presentation. I’ll provide existing drawings and site photos as soon as we start; feel free to suggest a quick call if you need measurements clarified.
The final design must meet local building codes and accessibility guidelines. When the package is complete I should be able to hand it directly to my contractor for quoting and execution without extra revisions.
