Modern Commercial Atrium Steel Dome

I need a complete engineering package for a commercial-grade hemispherical steel dome. The scope starts with creating the three-dimensional geometry, then running a full structural analysis in STAAD.Pro to verify member sizing, wind and live loads, and connection forces. Once the shell and supporting ring beam are confirmed you will design the concrete foundation that anchors the structure.

After the calculations are signed off, I will also require fabrication-ready mechanical drawings that show every plate, stiffener, gusset and connection detail, plus a consolidated bill of materials so my procurement team can order steel without extra take-offs. The only services I am after are structural and fabrication related—I’m not incorporating ventilation, heating or cooling at this stage—so your drawings can stay focused on the frame itself.

Deliverables:
• STAAD.Pro model with analysis files and a concise calculation report
• Foundation design sheets with load reactions, rebar layouts and footing details
• 2D fabrication drawings in DWG or PDF, complete with weld symbols and cut lengths
• Itemised bill of materials keyed to the drawings
• How to fix the glass to make it waterproof
• Which section of steel has to be used
