Modern Building 3D Model Design
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
I'm seeking a talented 3D modeler who can use Google Sketch up or similar program and can create a virtual model for a demonstrating how much access there is for crane once the scaffold is drawn into the model.
Key Requirements:
- Google Sketch up ability
- Architectual 3D modeling
- Must be proficient in creating 3D models of modern architectural structures.
- Ability to provide moderate level of detail, suitable for mid-range viewing.
- Previous experience in similar projects is highly desirable.
The scaffolding will need to go around the building as shown in the mark up. Scaffold arrangement can just be shown like in photos 1&2.
There are two mark ups done. Option 1 and option 2. Please provide 2 models for both options. Red highlighted section represents the cover/tarp.
Once the scaffolding has been placed around the perimeter of the job there needs to be a tarp/layer over the top of the scaffold which represents a cover for preventing rain getting onto the job. See attached photo of a complete house with a white tarp/cover (photo 1&2). The model will needs to represent a scaffold and tarp system like this.
The second task after the scaffold is complete is to show a concrete boom pump truck which is positioned at a the bottom driveway on the model (refer to the pink truck at the bottom of the driveway). It needs to show the boom/arm of the crane going under the tarp. Please find a truck that can be imported into the model. Refer to photo 3 which shows real life boom truck on the job. (job is half complete at this photo stage).
3D model file will be provided once job has been awarded.
