Modern Bathroom 3D Modeling & Materialization

I'm seeking a skilled 3D modeler to help create a realistic, modern bathroom in 3D. The model should include all standard bathroom fixtures such as a sink, toilet, shower, bath, and bidet. The crucial aspect of this project is the use of specific real materials to achieve a high level of realism. The materials in mind for the fixtures and overall decor are ceramic and wood. Proficiency in 3D modeling software, with a strong sense for modern interior design and detailed understanding of material rendering in 3D settings, is essential to fulfill the project's objectives.

Using selected tiles, I wanted few laying pattern of tiles and its uses,
