I am in need of an experienced CAD designer, specialized in modern interiors, to create a visually appealing and practical new design for a residential bathroom. The spectrum of tasks will require creating a modern and stylish layout, providing 3D renderings for better visualization, and delivering a detailed plan for builders to follow.
Ideal Skills/Experience:
• Excellent knowledge and experience of interior design, especially in modern residential settings.
• Proficient in CAD software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Blender, or a similar software.
• Previous work on residential bathroom projects with emphasis on sink/vanity is highly valuable.
• 3D visualization and rendering skills are a must to show realistic dispictions of the proposed design.
• Understands functionality from a user perspective, not just aesthetically pleasing design.
Expectations:
• Provide initial draft designs for review and discussion.
• Apply feedback to refine and finalize the design.
• 3D renderings of the final design.
