Modern Architecture Portfolio Design

Job ID: 40435610

Budget: £1,500 – £3,000 GBP

I am putting together a complete, publication-ready portfolio that showcases my modern architecture work and I want every page to read as clearly as a built project. The core of the document will be high-resolution, photo-realistic renders that capture materiality, lighting and context. Alongside those images I need fully developed plans, sections, design drawings and a clean axonometric set so a reviewer can understand both concept and detail at a glance.

Here is how I see the workflow:

• You take my rough sketches, CAD files and model references (Revit and SketchUp formats are ready) and refine them into a coherent presentation.
• Renders must be realistic—think V-Ray or Lumion quality, properly lit, balanced and post-processed in Photoshop for consistency across spreads.
• Plans and sections should keep a modern graphic language: thin line weights, restrained color accents, clear hierarchies of information.
• The axonometric should read well in both print and on-screen resolutions, so vector output from Illustrator or similar is preferred.

Final deliverables
• Editable InDesign (or equivalent) file of the full portfolio, sized for A3 print and optimized PDF for digital viewing.
• Separate high-res PNG/JPEG exports of every render and drawing.
• Source files for all 3D scenes and 2D graphics.

Acceptance will be based on:
1. Visual consistency across all pages.
2. Accurate representation of modern design intent.
3. Clean layering and organization in provided source files for easy future edits.

If you have a portfolio with comparable modern work, especially showing crisp plans matched with realistic renders, that will help me gauge fit right away.
