Modern Architectural Design & Underground Parking
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 CAD
I am in need of an experienced architect who specializes in modern architectural designs. The project entails:
- Developing a building and site plan design that includes renderings. An original site plan will be provided as a guide.
- Constructing a design that accommodates a minimum of 250 units. Please note that the design for two apartment types (2-bedroom and 1-bedroom) have been near finalized with minor changes possibly needed. Building will have to be an L shape to accomodate the number of units.
- Creating two levels of underground parking, with a total of 312 parking spaces needed on the site
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Architectural design, with a focus on modern aesthetics.
- Prior experience in urban planning and designing for high-density properties.
- Aptitude for efficient space planning.
- Experience with the design of underground parking to optimize space use, with an emphasis on ease of access and navigation.
