I am seeking a skilled 3D artist to bring to life an architectural project with a modern aesthetic, focusing on delivering high-detail and realism across various elements. This project will require the creation of immersive 3D renders and designs that include the exterior, interior, and surrounding landscapes.
**Essential Requirements:**
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in high-detail architectural renders.
- Ability to work with modern design aesthetics.
- Experience in creating both exterior views and interior designs.
- Capability to incorporate detailed landscape surroundings.
**Ideal Skills and Experience:**
- Advanced knowledge of lighting, textures, and realistic environmental effects.
- Experience in architectural design, preferably with a focus on modern style.
- Great attention to detail, with a keen eye for aesthetics and realism.
- Efficient time management skills to meet project deadlines.

What we need:
- 2d plan of the parcel with the position of the track, the parking, the showroom, the garage, etc. – any of the items involved and dimensions of each item, building, alley.
- 3d renders of the exterior –15 quality photorealistic renders. Must contain logos of the showroom and of the racetrack, must have – bridge on the racetrack and small water on the racetrack. Must be nice green areas, plants, trees, etc. The racetrack must not contain any trees, only small plants, not bigger that 1m high.
- 3d renders of the showroom interior - 15 quality photorealistic renders of interior with lights and all the cars inside.
- 1 minute exterior animation + 30 seconds interior animation
