Our need is three-fold:
1. Experienced Drafting - I have existing architectural drawings that need to be converted into ArchiCAD. Your skills should ideally include meticulous attention to detail, highly developed drafting abilities, and significant experience with ArchiCAD software.
2. 3D Building Design Modeling - My project demands a contemporary, minimalist aesthetic. Your creativity and understanding of modern design principles will be critical, combined with a high level ability to translate 2D plans into compelling 3D models using ArchiCAD.
3. You need to be accredited building designer with accreditation number truely reflected on drawing title block, but you don’t need to sign off anything.
Please ensure your portfolio demonstrates similar past projects, and proficiency in ArchiCAD is a must. I look forward to seeing how you can bring this modern minimalist building design to life.
