Modern Apartment Interior Design & 3D Visualization

I'm seeking a talented interior designer and 3D artist to help me bring my modern apartment vision to life.
Key Requirements:
- Full interior design for my entire 120 sqm apartment (style suggestions, layouts, furniture placement, color palettes, etc.)
- High-quality, detailed 3D visualizations (including decor and lighting) to see the final look before execution
- Professional advice to optimize space, lighting, and decor
- Partial assistance in sourcing furniture and materials (just recommendations)
Deliverables:
- Mood boards / Style boards
- 2D Layout plans (optional)
- 3D rendered images (at least 3–5 angles per room)
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in software like SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Revit, etc.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and excellent communicator
- Experience in modern interior design
