I'm looking for a skilled 3D designer who can create a detailed model for a mixed-use retail and office space. The project includes:
- Creating a high-detail exterior render complete with the surrounding landscape.
- Providing a SketchUp (SKP) file that includes the internal walls of the building, even though the interior does not require rendering.
