3D Modelling, Rigging, for Mobile Game Animation

I am looking to create 3d animated versions of the attached bird. We have 3 different pets - bird, shark, and wolf. The first part of this project is the bird and I need it to be able to have flying animation capabilities. I am also looking to create 3D landscape - so a realistic version of the attached Map. On top of this, I am also looking for good animators as well. Thank you!
