3D Modelling of Hotel Laundry Setup

I need a talented 3D artist to visually create my hotel laundry structure based on a diagram I have. The project involves transforming a 2D design into a 3D model, accurately following the guidelines provided. The final output should reflect the basic shapes and structure of my hotel laundry without the need for detailed textures or material rendering.
The 3D model should include:
- The arrangement of laundry machines
- Laundry staff workplace layout
- Laundry storage space plan
Candidates should have a strong grasp of 3D modeling principles and be proficient with modeling software like Blender, 3DS Max or similar.
