3D Modeling and rendering

I need a 3D model and rendering in sketchup for my project. I need to have the original SketchUp file ready to render so I can choose different angles to render. the project is in foot and inch units. The clean and accurate 2D drawings in DWG format are ready to give to the freelancer.
