3D Modeling of house.
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a skilled 3D modeler to create a 3D model of a house based on my basic sketches. The model should have moderate details and textures.
Hi. What would be total cost on 3D Modeling of 3000FS (total including 500SF garage) house
with walls of ICF blocks detailing. It's mainly 48"x16x11" for Strait anf T-Form blocks and 30"x16"x11" for Short corner blocks(long available too?
12 feet ceiling,
with 20" thick flat roof and feet parapet ove the roof level.
Prefferably made in SketchUp or Floor-Planner, Chief Architect.

Skills and experience required:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g. Blender, 3ds Max)
- Experience in creating medium poly models with realistic textures
- Ability to work from basic sketches and bring them to life in a 3D model
The intended use of the 3D model is for architectural planning. The model will be used to visualize and analyze the design of the house, helping with decision-making and planning processes.
