3D Modeling for Shop Container Visualization

I'm seeking a highly skilled and experienced freelancer to create a 3D model of a shop container. This project requires finesse as the model is intended for visualization purposes and must be highly detailed. As the job demands accuracy in reflecting the intricacies of the design, freelancers with significant experience in creating elaborate 3D models are preferred. I need you to create a 3D model of how we would build and decorate our container that will be transformed into a store.

The container will be a 20’x20’

The front and back of the store we want floor to ceiling glass with an automatic glass doors.
The other two walls will be landscape windows so people walking by can look inside.
The outside panels colors on the panels will be black and red graffiti hip hop style maybe adding images
The inside will be decorated like a smoke shop/ lounge, so I’m the center I will be lounge area and then around it will be like a smoke shop store.

Flooring will have our logo.

I will go further into detail  and work along side who I choose for this task.
