3D Modeling for Lighting Design for Large Custom Home
Budget: $8 – $20 USD
I am in charge of designing the lighting for a large custom home. For this project I need a graphic artist to create a 3D model (using something like 3DS Max or Blender) of one of the small conference rooms. I will supply 4 different lighting designs for the conference room and a rendering of each design will be needed.
This is only the first room of a very large project (with dozens more rooms to do later...the house is over 50,000 square feet). If I am happy with the quality, communication and delivery speed of the person that I hire for this first part of the job, I would like to continue a long term project and offer many more hours of work doing the same type of lighting design.
I will provide the dimensions for the conference room and some directions about type of furniture to add to the model and what types of lighting to use. I need this first project for the conference room done quickly as the client is waiting.
