3D Modeling of a Statue

We are in need of a talented individual who can create a 3D model of bronze statue. This is a digital preservation project for a piece of history and the model will also need to be game engine ready for potential animations in the future. We already have a low poly 3D scan of a miniature of the statue will a plethora of reference images. What we desire to acquire is a 3D model with significant detailing that the scan could not provide.
