3D Modeling & Rendering

I am looking for a self storage rendering. I am currently having a site plan made which I believe you need to have to do this (please confirm). Can you also please estimate the amount of time it will take you for budgeting purposes. I have attached a project that I have worked on previously, I am envisioning a similar type of development.
