I'm seeking a skilled professional to create a comprehensive 3D model of my two-story house based on a provided floorplan in DWG format.
Key Tasks:
- Exterior Modeling: Capture every detail of the house's outside.
- Interior Modeling: Model all rooms and their features.
- Landscape Modeling: Include the surrounding yard, driveway, etc.
Rendering: The final output should be in a conceptual style. This means the visuals should not be hyper-realistic but rather a stylized interpretation.
Animation: A basic walk-through of the house should be included. This does not require intricate detail or complex movements but should provide a clear view of the house's layout.
Ideal Skills:
