Model and rig a single model from reference image (4 legged animal)

I want a cinema 4D model (or obj / fbx will do also I guess) from a reference image. I would prefer the model to be rigged and ready for animation. Texturing is not necessary, but nice to have. (I use Redshift in Cinema 4D when I render).
