3D Model from picture of the house

I am looking for a skilled 3D modeler with experience in architecture to create a 3D model of a house based on reference images. The purpose of the 3D model is to try out different exterior renovation options. I do not have specific dimensions or measurements for the house, but I do have reference images for the modeler to work with. To be clear, I don't need the interior part of the house to be modeled. It is just the exterior look that I want to be modeled and possibly with color and material.

The final deliverable should be in FBX format. Ideal skills for this job include proficiency in 3D modeling software and a strong understanding of architecture. Two reference image is attached with the post and I can give more from different angles when discussing.
