3d Model from Photo

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a 3D model from a photo.
The level of detail required for the model is low-poly. Additionally, I need the model to be textured.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in 3D modeling
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Blender, Maya or 3ds Max
- Ability to create low-poly models
- Experience in texturing models
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately recreate the image from the photo
