3D Model for Printing

I have some small items that I need to have 3d modeled and ready to be 3d printed. There will be 3 separate pieces all together with one small piece being able to snap onto a larger piece and then the two small pieces need to snap together (see pics). It would be nice if the smaller piece could rotate like the picture I have included, but not a game changer if it can't. I would like to get these items 3d printed as well, but if I can just at least get the model, that will be okay too. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
