3D Model for CNC Production

Project Description:
We are seeking an experienced 3D modeler to create a precise and detailed 3D render of an octagonal wooden diffuser, based on the attached 2D image. The final model must be suitable for manufacturing using a wood CNC machine.
Objectives:
To convert the attached 2D image ("Diffuser shape.png") into a 3D model while maintaining the design's integrity and aesthetics.
Ensure that the 3D model reflects the exact shape and dimensions as specified.
Create a model that can be directly used for CNC machining.
Deliverables:
A detailed 3D model file in a format compatible with CNC machining software (e.g., STEP, IGES, or STL).
Textures and finishes to be included in the model, as per the natural wood material that will be used for the physical product.
Technical drawings or schematics that include precise dimensions and angles.
A 3D rendered image showing the design from multiple angles for final approval before CNC programming.
Design Specifications:
Shape: Octagonal tower as depicted in the reference image.
Size:
Length: 30 cm
Width: 2.8 cm (for one face of the octagon)
Material: Hard Wood and some parts can be of metal to make the design look more attractive(metal engraving).
Design Notes: The design involves creating one face of the octagon and repeating it to form the complete structure. The structure can also be separated into three or more segments for easy building which can be assembled on top of each other.
Attention to detail is critical for seamless assembly post-CNC machining.
