Model detailed vehicle components from provided photos

I am looking for a 3D modeler to create detailed vehicle components from provided photos. The models don't need to be 100% accurate to the photos provided but close enough to resemble the provided photos. Exact scale is not important but the proportions need to be precise. We prefer the models to be created in solid works, however other software packages such as sketchup or 3D max are acceptable provided the output model is received in our desired formats (.skp or .fbx) . However, it is important that the provided models have materials assigned to the different coloured/textured surfaces as per the provided images to allow us to assign proper textures and render them in the future. We expect to receive the 3D file. Preference will be given to those with hard-surface modeling experience and a similar prior experience in modeling intricate parts.
