Model, animate and render a realistic 3D character. Please read carefully

We need to model, animate and render a realistic 3D character. We need that character "runs" on WebGL and on the ThreeJs shader because we need to use it as a virtual assistant (we also accept suggestins).
Please read carefully. Priority will be given to animators and 3D character modelers with demonstrable experience (we have no time to waste). Architecture studios and modelers are requested to refrain.
