3D Model of 2004 Tsunami and Quake

I'm seeking a skilled 3D modeler proficient in Blender to create a model similar to the 2004 Sumatra Quake and Tsunami.Can you help me to create a 3D Model like Sumatra Quake and Tsunami 2004 (Click on the link: https://ds.iris.edu/seismon/swaves/index.php and then in right side, select Shadow Zone). We need the model exactly like this with waves propagating properly.
