I first need to build a 3d exterior view.
Secondly I need to add a 17’x17’ room underneath the patio.
We can either use the roofline as is or rebuild It.
Requires an architectural stamp valid in Colorado.
Under this area will be crawl space, 2x6 wall construction lots of windows for airflow.
