3D Model Preparation for 1/64 Printing

I have a 3D model in a zip folder that I need to be prepared for 3D printing. The model needs to be re-scaled down to 1/64 and some parts merged together.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in handling and modifying 3D files, especially for 3D printing purposes.
- Experience with parts merging in 3D models.
- Competency in working with various 3D file types, including STL, OBJ, and FBX.
- Familiarity with mesh repair and texture application, should the need arise.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions.
Please note that the 3D model is currently in a zip folder, and I will provide access to it upon hiring. Your task will be to modify the model as outlined, ensuring it is suitable for 3D printing at the new scale.
