3D Model of Nude Woman From Photos

I'm looking for someone to create a 3D model of a naked bust for a client of mine using pictures. I will be 3D printing this in the end. I'm also open to the dimensioning of the bust, so the exact measurements are up to the freelancer. In terms of detail, I'd like something at an intermediate level; enough to show some expression in the bust, but not so much that it becomes too time-consuming to create. If you've got the skills to create a bust from a photo with this level of detail just of someones photos I'd love to hear from you.
