Model Non-Circular Gears using Fusion 360

I am in need of a specialist to model non-circular gears in Fusion 360. Specifically, I require 3D solid modeling based on particular specifications, and the model must be delivered in a specific format. Therefore, I am looking for somebody with expertise in Fusion 360, Python, and 3D modeling to help me achieve my goal.
