3D Model of Mini Football Stadium

I'm in need of an experienced architect who can create a 3D model of a mini football stadium. This stadium should have a seating capacity of 4,000, with two fan stands located on both sides of the longer part of the pitch. The pitch dimensions should be 90m x 55m. Additionally, the model should include a car park. The total area for both the stadium and the car park is 153m x 131m.
The 3D model needs to be highly detailed, incorporating both interior and exterior features. The interior of the stadium should include locker rooms and concession stands, while the exterior should incorporate landscaping and lighting fixtures.
