AR Model Interaction

We are looking to build an Augmented Reality Experience for building block models we produce. We sell building block models of various buildings, stadiums etc. The plan is to allow customers to bring these products to life through AR. Examples may include scanning the stadium and a crowd appearing, with a certain song and players playing on the pitch. The models are typically small, for example a stadium can be 16cm long, 16cm wide and 6cm high. Ultimately it is important to tailor it to the specific building, providing an experience beyond building the model. Advice will be needed on where/ how to publish the AR etc.
