3D Model For Sports Apparels

We require 3d models for our active wear. Max polygons: 28k.
Format GLB.
We also require UV file (in .svg format) of 3d model as well.
3d models are required for around 20+ products with each products different variant options. Eg:

A cycling jersey has:
1. Sleeve: Full, Half
2. Collar: 2 styles
3. Fabric feel: 2 to 3
4. Pockets: 2 styles
5. Reflective sticker styles: 2
6. Zipper: full & Quarter

A Football Jersey:
1. Sleeve: full, Half
2. Collar: round, V

Budget: 3 to 4K rupees per model (including variants)

Will Share fabric scans and size charts or any files if required.
