3D Model Encasement with Components inside Acoustic Analysis and Noise Control

I need someone who can do the following work for a 3D Designed ( Already done ) Encasement with Components that will be submerged underground, whether the need to include Acoustic liners or not will be determined on the study so putting the factors in as follows:

File Can be exported to STL / STEP / CKD
there are 4 main components one has 4 Ventilation fans , Each component will have its one Vibration/ Sound Generated as input Parameter .

Encasement is submerged into Soil ( so sound damping should also be inluded )

Please let me know if you are able to do this study and let us know the noise levels simulated with and without Acoustic Liners.
